After significantly less than 24 months the leather area about the back of the couch has started to remove. We're out-of guarantee based on the contracts we closed, but this appears to be from the regular as leather shouldn't remove. We've approached J-C Penny who recommended us the product has gone out of warranty and we didn't subscribe to a long warranty. We were recommended to get hold of among their companies who may be ready to repair the peeling. After calling the contractor-we were recommended to determine if we're able to buy a fresh back for this portion of the couch as this could resolve the issue. Repairs to leather areas are in greatest popular and neglect. Would you aid us in fixing this issue. The couch includes a sequential #2093169684 and was bought through J-C Penny and sent on 08-25-09.
