I bought some bunkbeds earlier this Saturday May 7th and produced preparations in the future and detect Wednesday May 11th. We got the mattress below simply to discover that a few of the items were lacking. We named plus they stated they'd search for them-and contact us back. 24 hours later no-call back. I named many times and each affiliate stated to become unacquainted with the problem every time and guaranteed me that I'd receive a call-back (run around). Never received one ultimately talked using the factory mgr., Mr. London after calling repeatedly. Many instances there is no solution at all. Explained towards the factory mgr what occurred he explained he was not able to find the lost components but might have them available by Wednesday May 14th (per week after i purchased them). I requested might he have the ability to deliver anyone to place the mattress together and he explained only when I'd spend half the price of shipping ($65). I've previously acquired the mattress i described and just why might I've to pay for after I am the main one inconvenienced. He mentioned that I ought to have taken care of them to provide within the 1st spot as though the problem was my problem. I'm on my method to consider the mattress back today and receive my $400. I'll never suggest or help National Trademark Furniture for-anything!
