I recently purchased a cyber rest sleeptronic mattress & foundation. I have read your warranty. HOWEVER, I believe your company should at least send a rep to my home to view the problem. The bed seems to slope. I have spent several sleepness nights trying various solutions to the problem.in the morning I feel like I have rolled off a mountain. I think it is wrong that I would have to pay transportation costs for this mattress to go back to the factory. I don't even have the means to get the mattress there. I bought this mattress at Cleo's in Conway AR, and they are no help. Told me I signed off, so basically that means the problem is mine. I never expected to have a problem with a new mattress. This is turning into a nightmare. I paid a delivery charge of $70 for a new and FUNCTIONAL mattress set. I did not receive that. I would like to know what the company is going to do.
