Late credit to charge card after return

I bought a TempraPedic Ergo master mattress. Haverty's shipping everyone was not able to obtain the two engines to sync together since one engine was defecdctive. I told him to go back; used to do not need something which didn't function. He explained he couldn't do this but he'd place in something purchase. He didn't and so I needed to contact Havertyis to see them of the faulty bed then hold out a later date to get a Havertyis fix guy in the future take a look at sleep. Once the fix guy came he explained, "have no idea why my employer directed me out below. I actually donot understand something about these bedrooms but he explained in the future anyhow." Obviously he was not able to repair the problem. I named Havertyis to choose it-up and credit my card for that faulty mattress. Haverty's declined till they'd the mattress also it was 1 week before they'd a position to choose it-up... A later date dropped because of awaiting Haverty's. They acquired the mattress on 8/16/11; partical credit to my card on 8/20 and stability on 8/25. Exactly what a fraud. They billed my card $7132.57 on 7/20 but didn't provide the faulty mattress until 7/25. They kept my cash for just one month knowing I'd a faulty mattress! After I questioned why my card wasn't acknowledged regular she mentioned it's their "plan". I bought the exact same mattress from Matress Company and am happy. It's today my plan never to may enter Havertyis again.
