My partner and that I presently shifted to Omaha and had a need to buy a new mattress. Whenever we went into search for bedrooms within the shop these were so good and we were out and in of there rapidly. They informed us it'd be seven days until our mattress could be shipped. I acquired a phone your day y the "shipping" and was informed the top mattress was damaged plus they were not likely to have the ability to provide it until 14 days later! I stated nicely when the head-board is damaged I still need my mattress sent today plus they may provide the body as it pertains in. They stated "Good". The deliverymen were THEREFORE rude. Then got time for that body to become shipped with no one had named me and so I named them-and was informed it'd be another 5 times! I had been thus sick and tired of all this but lastly your day arrived but still no body had named AGAIN and so I named and was informed they'll be there-from 11am-1pm that point arrived and handed and so I named and was informed these were operating 2 hours behind. I really couldnot think it I've NEVER experienced such bad customer support and certainly will NEVER purchase from there again absurd. (I also provide buddies who've been below to get a month WITHOUT ANY furniture and requested from there aswell... They're NEVERTHELESS waiting on the furniture and was informed it'd be another 2 weeks!) How are they still running a business.
