I bought a livving space match from connis in Jan. 2011. I named in February to tell them that their were flaws using their item about the couch and also the love-seat. About the couch one end-of the from is simply hanging free. About the love-seat the couch won't remain along it appears constantly. They delivered some old-man who you can inform didn't wish to accomplish something he looked over it and stated he wasn't fixin it simply because they must change it. I've named each week since that time plus they keep giving me around to everybody but won't substitute or repair the furniture. I also bought the warranty to ensure that if something occurred towards the furninture I'd not need togo through this. It's not May 11th but still no reolve for this problems they simply keep attempting to deliver me to various depts. That I've already talked to. This really is after about 5 hours per week about the telephone. I'd not recommemd Connis to anybody so far as their customer support. Easily had the cash to get a lawyer I'd have previously submitted a criticism.
