We bought a stuff on August 1st worth over $3000. Its September 17th today, and our furniture is still not complete!
Our problems are the following:
1) Salesperson made a false promise about delivery,
2) and about assembly.
3) He also put the incorrect item (for the dining set) on the receipt.
4) Bad packing of the dining chairs that caused some of the hardware to go missing.
5) Brick is unable to fix the problem caused by bad packing, and we must fix it ourselves!!
