Attempted to contact the salesman who had been said to be monitoring my purchase but was informed it had been his day-off. Talked again using the first supervisor who today informs me them was not broken this second-time but the manufacturer wasn't ready to load the purchase plus they are still attempting to load purchases from November. I recommended they not market anymore of the cupboard before manufacturer may catch-up but he poo pooed me. I requested they provide me the shop cupboard till they are able to provide a brand new one. He explained "that isn't gonna happen". They intentionally market products they cannot provide in a timely manner. Since the shop needs one to clear the area just before shipping I'd all my furniture eliminated with a crap seller and also have had no furniture because the first shipping day.
