Horrific Customer Service

I'm in a struggle with the corporation at this time. I requested a filing case from their store in September and waited 5 months for that shipping. While it had been shipped, the cupboard was killed. I named IVG and informed them concerning the harm and was informed to publish images which I'd obtain a return phone having a standing. After I sent images of the broken product I never heard something. And so I started calling. Which was beginning of July. After 11 telephone calls, talking to totally ineffective CSRis and 3 messages seeking a boss contact me back, I still haven't obtained a solution when the broken furniture has been taken back or easily have to get rid of it. IVG did return my cash but I nevertheless, more than 7 months later, I'm travelling a 116 lb. Bit of broken product that's resting in my own hall. I named the shipping business straight plus they explained they had resolved the state on the finish. I had been guaranteed a call-back by end-of-day today but that never occurred. Typical store period is more than 25 minutes before you consult with somebody. I had been on-hold more than 50 units yesterday (and intentionally didn't hang-up since I needed to determine just how long they'd certainly I would like to stay there.) After I named nowadays and requested to consult with a supervisor the CSR explained she couldn't guarantee me a telephone call back and wouldn't provide me the boss's title or primary telephone extension. I've yet to get one standing phone out of this organization. Terrible!!
