Terrible customer service

I requested a bureau so when it came among the drawers was damaged. The entire bureau needed to be changed according to your plan. After I planned the alternative item I required the final feasible because My Spouse and that I perform full-time jobs. Your day before I obtained a email declaring the shipping could be between 9am and 11:30 am. This doesn't appear to be the final delivery time possible. After I named customer support about that I had been informed they couldn't alter the full time and that I might plan another day-but there is no promise the shipping period could be any later. It had been also mentioned the vehicle had been packed and also the furniture might experience around within the vehicle all day long and could get broken. What type of remark is the fact that? I also requested a desk prior to the alternative bureau was shipped so that they might be below on a single time. I had been informed the desk was back-ordered plus they didn't understand when it'd maintain or when the produce was actually producing the desk anymore. I named another shop and that I was informed by them they had 2 in-stock. After I named my shop back they explained the additional shop wasn't studying the screen right and there have been no desk. After I named customer support plus they explained the platforms could be in later within the week. I never obtained a phone from my shop to I would like to understand these details and question basically had never named easily might have obtained my desk or it'd be "back-ordered". Lastly after my desk and bureau was shipped (I'd to get rid of a times spend to remain athome and watch for the furniture since I have didn't want to buy to obtain broken) the bureau has places about the drawers wherever spot is absent. I will have to hold back athome on the Sunday and watch for a specialist in the future and inform me what I will do about this. I'm so displeased with Havertys that I'll never purchase another furniture piece from their store and certainly will never suggest them to friends. The one thing that customer support informs me when I contact is "I am Sorry".
