I requested a love-seat sofa in September and that I was considering while I'm remodeling the condo at that time and so I are able to hold back a bit. The revenue were stating the delay period might be as much as 5 weeks. After restoration, I relocate November and choose to visit the frankis shop to ask how they performing using the purchase. The worker explained the purchase is able to ship. I had been amazed that it takes only them 2 weeks although these were declaring it might consider 5 weeks beforehand. And so I cheerfully spend the remainder of the total amount and plan an shipping date in November but since that time, the shipping date continues to be reschedule for five times (not my problem, frank break the rules day) which is today nearly February and that I still do not see my sofa. Everytime they provide you with reasons like "your purchase has not appeared to delivery factory however", "That Is holiday season.", Delivery group is active. Delivery group is on a break for vacation", "it had been raining in CT and vehicle got bury in snow"... Lastly, I'd enough and so I request a reimbursement plus they declare it'll consider three to five times to obtain cash onto my charge card. This really is evening two waiting for reimbursement and waiting... Do Not store at Frank. They offered me 100 buck "gift-card" for my difficulty..., but that has the best brain to look there again??!?? Dont store at FRANK!
