Poor Customer Service and Delivery

In June I bought a couch couch from Jennifer Convertibles.in December the reclining system broke. I named the organization, because the couch was still under warranty. They sent somebody out, and also the guy mentioned I required a brand new component for that sofa. On February 4, I obtained a notice that my component is likely to be shipped in 4 - 6 months. After 6 weeks, I named plus they explained it had been really 10 -12 weeks. After 12 months I named plus they explained the component was on purchase. After 13 months I named plus they explained the component was unavailable and that I will receive a new sofa as a swap. Once they named me to routine shipping, in June I told them that I'm never obtainable in the nights which I want a delivery before 4 PM. They explained they cannot assure it, but they might make notice of it. After I obtained the phone call for that shipping period, it had been 3 - 8 PM. I told them I'm never offered at that point. The girl explained that she'd observe what she may do and contact me back. No body actually named me back and that I do not know when they experimented with provide the sofa. Two nights later somebody named me to plan the sofa. I again described my scenario which at this time I'd like my cash back. They explained I had a need to talk to the area supervisor. I named five times and didn't get a call-back. I had been subsequently advised to contact the Vice President. I quit 3 communications, after I eventually got a phone in the area supervisor. She explained I must be more versatile together! I visited the Greater Business Institution and got no-where. Jennifer Furniture demands that they're attempting to provide the sofa and that I am being uncommon. I've been resting on the damaged sofa for six months and am readily available for an 8-hour shipping screen, but I'm being uncommon. At this time, I'd rather consume the $1,000 I allocated to the sofa in the place of coping with the corporation anymore. This simply would go to demonstrate get that which you purchase, the toughest customer support actually!
