On 12/24/10 I bought a leather couch and an arm-chair from Jennifer Convertibles.inside a months moment I returned towards the shop I'd created my purchase from and unearthed that both items have been discounted one more 10%. I talked to some sales affiliate called Monica and was informed that altering my statement ought to be not a problem, she'd talk to her supervisor and contact me over the following time. Reduced and see, no-call. I named the shop and was handed the supervisors title and telephone # (Atis - (650) 525-0118.) I named the amount and talked to Atis, who provides fresh meaning towards the phrases, rude, condescending and unhelpful. And so I was refused and adjustment. Well, nowadays is 1/7 and I took off work for delivery of the furniture and I just received a phone call at 11:30am telling me the furniture would not be delivered today and they would deliver the items on 1/12. Therefore no discount, no furniture along with a very unhappy client. And so I imagine the adage the client is definitely right went just how of hand-written characters and customer support.
