Don't patronize this institution. Their customer support stops at that time you buy and abandon the building. My spouse and that I experienced a litney of problems: (1) bogus marketing - free music with purhase - none readily available for a whole year after purchase; (2) insurance offered with no disclosure that they can ask you for one more quantity above the insurable quantity of $100.00 for shipping - the client should spend all quantities above $100.00 (This Can Be A "standard delivery charge" whether it's a cushion or a whole room outfit - ABSURD); (3) Horrible customer support: (a) assistant is unhelpful and rude; (w) no notice whenever your item (s) appear - you've to contact and also have it investigated; and (d) no supervisor on-duty all of the time for you to offer with problems the bored and rude team CAn't be troubled with. Customer support BEGINS in the purchase... However in the situation of Regency—Anticipate it to finish there.
