Don't Purchase something out of this Organization! Jennifer Convertibles has got the TOUGHEST customer support I've actually experienced in my own life. We requested a Leather Couch from their store (and never among their inexpensive advertisement versions) and after great shipping issues it came damaged! After another month and extra shipping issues, the brand new one came. And yes we bought the guarantee - EXACTLY WHAT A LAUGH! Following a year the leading of the pillows have bright spots in it. And so I named the client support quantity and informed them of the issue. They created a scheduled appointment with me to deliver a technician out to check out the couch. The technician never turned up therefore I needed to contact again and set another visit. While he ultimately arrived all he did was consider the issue and state he'd "document a study." I had been informed about the telephone after I created the visit he might restore the issue - not record a study. Nicely after 8 weeks I obtained a notice within the email that my state have been refused!!! Is likely to be processing a using the Better Business Institution and also the FTC. Please don't buy from the corporation until you want an inferior product and terrible customer support!!!
