I cant tell you what a great experience I had at the Target in Upland, Ca#1834. I went online to locate places for an item I was having difficulty finding and also aquiring, since alot of stores were either replacing or discontinuing this item. From the operator at this perticular store (Christy) whom I called about 730pm, to Tia and Monique who made sure that the item I needed was there and asked if I wanted them to hold it form me. Within 10 minutes I was at the store and between the operator, to the stock person, to Tia and Moninque the ones that got my package to me by 745pm I was on my way home! They listened well, treated me with the utmost courtesy, respect. I felt that I was a valued and important as a customer. This is very refreshing and encouraging such teamwork and organization is very commendable! Great Job! Thank You so much! Km
