I'm currently getting the "run-around" with this internet based company. I found an ottoman my wife and I really liked. It was the same ottoman some other websites had (same picture and all) but for about half the price. Thought I found a good deal, but when the ottoman arrived, my wife and I were in shock. It looked like it had been damaged, ripped apart, and then stapled back together. Staples were sticking out of this thing all over (I have pictures). When my wife pulled it out of the box she cut herself on one of the staples sticking out of the side. I was extremely disappointed with the piece of furniture but figured it was just a defect. I found a number through their customer service link and called. No one answered so I left a message. Within an hour I received an email about returning the ottoman for a refund or exchange (so far, so good).
