I truly want I'd of looked up the grievances on CARPETS US before buying! You're all proper! HORRIBLE customer support. I'm tired of reading "we're sorry for the trouble!" They delivered me the incorrect inappropriate yesterday. I have been about the telephone twice, 25 minute. The very first time on-hold, 14 the following and 4 online talks, atleast 5 emails backwards and forwards. I had been informed the very first evening that I named they might merely deliver a UPS delivery tag in my experience via mail, I'd deliver it after which wait another week and my carpet could be there
Ok, no huge package right, things occur, mix-UPS etc. Well, each day moves, nevertheless no mail of the delivery name. Then I discover it requires them 2-4 business days to send a tag via mail!!! How insane is the fact that! All of us understand it generally does not consider THAT extended
