I bought a Label view over $1500.00 in April. The internet buying procedure mentioned that I'll be getting a contact to inform of delivery and over per week later no mail to inform delivery and so I approached the client support and was infomed the view I requested was sold-out. I expected for reimbursement then following day the view came to my po box. And so I informed customer support and also the woman stated " Ohhh it should be sold-out since we delivered for you". Currently, I had been considering how strange and unorganized... I subsequently observed the instructions within the container was for completely different type of Label view. I approached the client support again and requested for that proper one. She stated she'll deliver out following day. Several week later (however no instructions togo using the view) the watch broke. The overhead merely oppped down. I approached the client support and was informed to deliver it back for this is likely to be fixed without any cost under their guarantee. I settled almost $50.00 for delivery with insurance. A ew days later I obtained a contact saying the overhead isn't included in guarantee and so I have to spend to repair it. I had been upset to express minimal. $1500.00 view shouldn't merely break apart in regular daily-use and that I requested them to either reimbursement or repair it at no cost. Next, for some months I talked to 2 customer service brokers just about every day to obtain this fixed and was informed every time " We're discussing with this repai division therefore can get back whenever we notice from their store" Following A couple weeks of the backwards and forwards BS I eventually named my Amex and questioned the cost. Affirmed customer support approached me and explained they'll repair it free of charge and also the fix is likely to be completed by Label. Since I have had no rely upon the corporation at that time, I required to obtain the fix order quantity of Label and so I may contact Label immediate to ensure that my view is actually being fixed by Label, not Watchesonnet.com questionable repair division. The components was on back-order and so I was informed by Label that it'll have a while...
Well, this isn't the finish of the terrible experience... The fix required almost 4MONTHS!!! I simply acquired the view back today. I understand along fix wasn't completely problem of Watchesonnet.com, but imagine you bought $1500.00 view and just reach have a couple weeks subsequently followed closely by only discomfort and tension of coping with uncaring questionable people.
I am pleased that my view is back also it seems to be set nicely, but I'm still anxious because I definitely don't trust the corporation. I ensured to check on with Amex that I will document challenge again if this view ended up to become defective AGAIN.
I'd NEVER suggest the corporation to anybody. The corporation is unorganized, unprofessional, and down-right questionable. I actually donot actually understand how the corporation continues to be running a business and not being susceptible to investigatioin of cunsumer event.
