I requested a Palm Treo leather cellphone situation out of this firm's site. They delivered the incorrect item. I sent them to tell them they delivered the incorrect product. First, they needed me to cover delivery again due to their mistake. When requested to get a delivery tag, they replied with "we shall send someone to you in a couple of days" and wont deliver the right product before wrong one is delivered. The corporation won't hand out a telephone number for customer support & requires a morning or two to actually react to their mail. Bad customer support!!
