I had to call target 's guest relations number 1-800-440-0680 b/c i had a car seat that i can't use in fact i've never used it. I lost my baby at 29 hours and when i took it to the store they stated i could only exchange it for something in the baby section however when i called the guest relations the lady i spoke to was so nice and understanding that we went ahead and sent me out a gift card for the amount of the car seat and asked that i just donate the seat to some one who needs. I couldn't have asked to speak to a nicer person and with everything that i have been through she has just help me out so much.
