I purchased several items at Target in Orchard Park, NY. I was charged 4 times for one item. I had bought 2 of the item but wsa charged for 4. The cashier told me to go to the service counter to get my refund. I went sraight to the service desk. All I got was an hour of no help and a gift card. I paid in cash and wanted a cash refund. I was unable to get good service so I returned all my items. I have been on the phone with their Guest Relations and have gotten nowhere. I went back to the store as directed and still, no cash refund. I called Guest Relations again and was told to go back to the store. I refuse to spend more time with this matter. I also will never shop at Target again.
