Placed an order on Friday 12:51 pm for an overnight shipment. The order finally shipped on Monday ground. It delayed a test that our company was performing. I have asked for credit for the shipment only. So far the customer service has been terrible. I have had to make multiple calls to check on the shipment and resolve the credit to my card. Overall a bad experience. I would pay more money to buy elsewhere.
