I purchased a sectional couch at La Z Boy. Two of the bits of the sectional don't fit together. I've invested over annually looking to get them to repair the sectional. They WOn't surpass their guarantee. Beware they're not people of the Greater Business Institution and also you don't have any option. They really chuckled after I told them that I'd a lifetime guarantee on my very costly purchase. The caliber of the craftsmanship is extremely bad as well as their customer support once you've settled is worse. Good salesmen however they don't have any state in what continues at customer support.
