I visited the shop pollitely and informed them about problem, they explained these were likely to get somebody out to check out it, two nights later they named me and offered me several to contact to solve it myself. I named quantity also it was production warrenty workplace, a repetition explained that I required a unique body for this sleep, one which includes a middle assistance operating vertically and right down to the ground to aid this bedding. I've a sleigh bed with helps running paralell along bed body using the box-spring bought from carlis furniture that went with this particular mattress. Never was I informed that I required this to aid this bed and today I am being informed otherwise. I am not really a bed salesman or furniture expert, so just how must I be-at fault. Our back was good for that first week then your bed began to go south and today it is back again to damaging. I purchased this mattress for my back-pain! I simply returned from Afghanistan and applied my savings for this mattress plus some furniture, this isn't right at all and that I shouldn't be-at problem!!!
