Not just did our shipping day get transferred more back directly after we settled entirely but their shipping men create a total in my own wall with out me understanding. But subsequently had the nerve to inform me they couldntr match it within the doorway method with out-doing harm that they did do harm to start with... So that they got it back and alternatively they raised the platforms and lights i requested that have been broken horendously and we were mising a light they offered difficulty about obtaining our money-back since their shipping people wouldnt get back the broken platforms and light using them and we'd it in the home for around per week... Therefore we reordered... Needed to choose an entire additional collection and anything... Waited another week and again... It just happened again. Except this time around the sofa was broken plus they delivered the platforms with no screws to construct, in most, i dropped about 500 of 1500 bucks simply because they don't hand back the sum total entirely.
