Where do I begin? Well, I requested a seven-piece family room established from areas togo and my shipping day was Thursday Dec. 15. They named and stated they woyld be-at my house between your hours of 7am to 11 am. They arrived at 8:30 am that was completely ok. I requested a couch, loveseat, two end platforms and two lights. Well, they cost a-99 buck shipping and put up charge so that they were suppose to setup my cofee table and two endtables. That did not occur! The represetative who put up the shipping named back again to seek advice from us for quality guarantee requested me if anything was ok? I mentioned no my platforms were left unassembled as well as in containers. She saud these were suppose to create these up. She subsequently named them-and they stated these were in path to clarksville, tennessee that will be an time from nashville. Therefore she calls me back and stated they'd be back at 3pm to complete the task. At this time my mother and that I are angry. Therefore we wait till 3 however no areas togo. We wait till 5 nevertheless no areas togo. Therefore we call-back and also the location has become closed. Therefore my mother and that I believe they're not returning actually my platforms continue to be in boxes. So 7:50 pm comes a round and it is a man allegedly addressing roomg togo. He arrived in his individual automobile! I stay alone I had beennot going to allow some man in my own home that I actually donot understand! I needed a reimbursement since this company was absurd. And so I needed to construct the platforms myself two nights later! I'd like a reimbursement but, I named them-and they stated that it is nothing they are able to do.
