We bought a dual reclining leather sofa from Hankis in Hot Springs. The purchase was performed in an exceedingly businesslike way. Everything went downhill from there. The sofa was shipped by Hank's vehicle and constructed. The vehicle quit and we tried both recliners. Just one worked. A phone to Hankis "support department. Was solved, following the next phone. A fix guy arrived and lubricated the main one system. 15 weeks later the draw wire failed on a single part. We've been not able to get any support after characters and numerous calls. Support stinks at Hank's.
