We bought a leather sofa and two recliners in april and we reported to ashley in may that there were a lot of defects such as the stuff that the couch and recliners were filled with was seperating and you would have a high side and a low side on couch and recliners. The bolts that hold them together were coming loose and causing rubbing sounds. The back of the couch that the leather is tacked too on the frame had come undone and is hanging loose. The middle of the sofa is turning an orange color and the couch is brown.in may they ordered the parts to fix the main problem at that time and when they came in i called and let them know. 3 weeks later they sent someone and they looked at the couch and called in and did not fix the parts are still at my house. When i called to see when they would be back they said the warranty was nulled as it was all attributed to normal wear and tear and refused to fix any of it.
