I bought a couch sectional in-May of the reclining wire broke. I submitted a state through Jeromes support department. I had been informed the wire could be sent to my house, once I obtain it to contact to routine support to return out. 5 weeks later & numerous calls towards the support department. I had been educated the manufactuer went of company, so that they could not restore the sofa. Great information they offered me shop credit to obtain a fresh sectional, but I just had that weekend to do this. My partner and that I visited the shop & after searching noticed our same couch about the income floor. We asked when the manufactuer went of company how were they ready to still market the sofa sectional (in the end we liked the couch). They mentioned it had been among the top selling sectional s, so that they had another manufactuer ensure it is which was a much better quality. Therefore we picked exactly the same sectional various manufactuer in Oct. 2010. December was our first support phone - left-arm was free, massage device no longer working. The support Dept. Arrived tightened unit requested communication device. Next assistance phone was to regulate left reclining device experienced hard and was still hovering towards the remaining. Support arrived device still hovering.in-May we observed split in joints on 2 pillows (free) about the sofa sleeper & ripped seam about the left-back relaxation on reclining couch. The wire about the correct reclining device has smashed too. Support department arrived and selected device on May 2 restiched all joints that emerged aside, but continues to be not able to quit the reclining models on couch from hovering. Long story short the reclining couch continues to be at Jeromes support department from May 2 to present day of May 18th, they've attempted to provide the system to us twice using the same issue. I've required a phone from the supervisor, and also havenot obtained one nonetheless. Actually I had been informed the boss might just have the ability to do the same the client support representative might do, drop towards the support division & consider the couch. Though I Have created numerous demands to listen to from the Supervisor or boss to no avail. I don't believe this really is quality furniture as Jeromeis has adverstised plus they don't remain behind the merchandise they market. Apparrently they don't benefit their clients possibly - Do they've administrators or supervisors? Where's Jerry Navarra the dog owner? Since this isn't Quality furniture in the cheapest possible cost. Its inexpensive furniture in a quality furniture cost.
