I purchased a dual reclining leather sofa in June, that took three months for the company to deliver to me. The sofa has two visible factory defects for which I sent letters and pictures on the following dates: 09/05,09/18,09/19,09/20,09/22. The company refused to do anything about it. I would like to have the defective sofa replaced with one without any defects.
