I speical order 4 dinning room chairs from carl's furniture, produced by burmack, a canadian ensemble. Originally i had been told it'd take five weeks which was handwritten on my bill. It's been 6 months and that i still don't have the furniture. I pay 50 percent in advance for the order. I've called the salesman paul hayes, assistant boss aneta, supervisor bob garland without any handle. I've been told it is on the truck and should be delivered next week and then week comes with no furniture. Subsequently i'm told that there's a relationship that's defaulted by carl's with burmack which has been rectified and you need to be obtaining shipping not later than fourteen days. However no furniture. I'm told it's on the road we just don't know how many stops the truck needs to make but no later than fourteen days. However no furniture. Today nobody will answer my telephone calls. I tried calling corporate and they complete it back to the coconut creek store area. A vicious circle. Customer support is dead at carls. I am hoping to get my cash back.in todays economics you'd think a bricks and mortor furniture store would try to do right by its clients; nevertheless, this really is almost funny at this time. I'm like i'm being punked!!!
