In January/ feb I purchased over 10,000 dollars of furniture from Carls. They sent one of their decorators to my home to formulate ideas, measure, decide colors etc. After she did this I went to the store and sat down with the decorator and another design expert to discuss fabrics, chairs, sofas, pillows etc.
We placed and order and in March the order was delivered.By December of that year the cushion on the 9000 dollar couch was tearing in and around the seam.
We had to send the casing back to Carls and they had a new casing made for us.
However the same problem continued with other cushions. When we contacted carls they said our year warranty was up so they would not help us.
After several months we decided to contact the manufactured directly. They stated the material was determined to not be defective but due to the material rubbing the underlying seat cushion it was tearing.
