Requested dinner occur March of I returned in September to include 2 more seats towards the current collection with expectations of selecting the seats up before Christmas. Our salesman Claudio Leiderman said the furniture will definetley maintain before Christmas, providing mean estimated day of 12 months, I told him I just had way of buying up the furniture throughout the month of March, following this day I'll no further possess a vehicle, I had been informed this wasn't an issue & he could be calling me around March 16th to I would like to understand the seats were in. I settled 50% of the the two chairs an overall total of $615.86, making me a stability of $615.86. I never obtained a telephone call from Carls furniture in March, after I named myself I had been informed Carlos my salesman have been dismissed & they appologized for that trouble, I requested to consult with a store-manager & was informed no body was in at the moment, so that they got my data & stated I'd get a phone back, I never got a phone back. I eventually called again & talked having a Jennifer who appologized & I questioned when they might currently provide the seats at no cost, she stated she couldn't do that since the seats were in before Christmas as promissed, she also told me that I had a need to pay-off my stability at any Carls area before buying up the furniture. I visited the nearest Carls to my house & settled the total amount down, when I was strolling out the doorway, I had been ceased & informed they have to return my cost since I've to pay for my stability in the same area the furniture was bought from since this could off collection below documents, I told this lady that I had been informed I will visit any area & again I had been appologized to for that trouble & she returned my cash and believed to return to the shop I bought the furniture from, I then Named Jennifer & told her exactly what the scenario was at this time & how aggrivated I currently am for waisting my period & gasoline & for the distress that's occurred with Carls, I requested to consult with the store-manager whos title is Dana, obviously Dana wasn't at work this very day & I'd need to call-back tomorrow (December 10th).
I'll never conduct business with Carls furniture as time goes on & don't recommendthe organization to anybody.
