Poor customer service

To create a lengthy history small, I bought two reclining seats to become shipped on Wednesday September 23. The sales representative. Mentioned that their supply people may contact me with twenty four hours of the shipping day; that never occurred. Be conscious, the solution/bill states "all day long shipping" delivery reservation. The day of the delivery my products wasn't shipping. Contact both shipping organization and Jennifer Convertibles with no you might aid me or recognition that solution/bill condition. The supervisor Jason was rude and unresponsive in my experience (the paying client). He demonstrated no-interest in assisting resolve this issue. It appears like I'll be receiving my seats the final evening in March or maybe someday in December, without any aid or because of Jason.
