Corporate Contact Connected Me to Helpful Legal Department for Credit Billing

I contacted Sears corporate plaza and got connected to the Sears Law Building Co. This was in Irvine CA. The people were really helpful and connected me to the right department. I actually spoke briefly to Mike and Steven and their attorney helped fix the problem. Job well done.
