Fraud, misleading and liar
We came to Steven Sears for legal advice because my dad died without a will. Steven sears adviced us that we need to do a trust and forged my dad's signature and forge notary with any homeless person in down town L.A. And charge me $18,000.
Steven Sears promised that he would walk us through the process.
Steven Sears after he received our money, never return our phone call, never had a meeting with us, he gave us a template trust that we could've gotten it for $495.instead of paying $18,000.
Steven Sears refused to give us back our money. We called other attorneys and they said that this is outright fraud.
Please check public record for lawsuits against him, we found out that he had several lawsuits against him for fraud.
Do not make the same mistake we made and go to him for any type of advice.
