We came to Steven Sears and told him about the death of my father without a trust done. Ask him if he does probate.
Steven Sears had me pay $18000 and he did a living trust for my dead father and advise me to forge his signature and ask one of the homeless people to forge his signature.
We went to another attorney and he said that's fraud and we will call the police as he has his fingerprint on the papper.
We asked for refund Steven Sears refused.
Do not make trust that man. Later we found out that he is a wife beater and have a felony case charged against him filed on the Jamboree Court case #05 S F 1322
We will file a class action lawsuit against that con artist.
