Have bunkbeds bought at Frankis a couple of years before... Returned to buy corresponding table, and did so instantly. Table was delivered damaged, along with a fresh table was to become shipped the next week. No-call, no table! After I named, a brand new shipping day was established. On that day, I obtained a phone, informing me REALLY rudely the desk have been stopped which my only choice was to maintain the broken table, or return it. I told them that undiscounted, the table wasn't worthwhile (cracked edges, drawers that did not slip... A floor-model, I had been informed), and also to please choose it-up. They came within 10 units to retreive their table. After I named customer support to ask why I'd not been educated the table have been "stopped", I had been handled within the many insignificant and rude style. I delivered an email for their local practices, and was informed they CERTAINLY had tables, unchanged, within their factory service, and that I might get a phone the next day-to obtain a fresh, undamaged one. Not just am I still awaiting this telephone call (for around 2 weeks), I amstill being charged to get a table that I don't have!
