Horrible customer service

After ordering an Item online they give themselves three weeks to get the item to you. That's their first mistake. It should take no longer 10 business days to receive a product that is supposedly in stock.

Second of all they have no idea what is actually in stock or not. There is no communication between them and their suppliers.

I ordered a large DVD case from them that was never indicated to be backordered or anything. After waiting their rediculous three week time period to receive the product it never came. When I called they checked on it and decided that product was no longer being supplied and the website just hadn't been "updated".

This is something that should have been discovered when the order was processed 2 to 3 weeks ago. It is my belief that they never even did process it or I would have been notified. I spent 3 weeks waiting for somthing that never even had a chance of getting to me.

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT use this company if you value customer service or business in a timely manner. I just hope my money gets reimbursed sometime this decade.
