Recapping the issue to some Boss at Healthy Back:

The purchase was positioned within the phone with Lianna (sp?) on February 19. Nothing was actually described throughout that discussion, or some of our following types, this chair was a "special-order" product that will get a restock charge of 25% of the sum total price of the seat; or was it actually stated that there will be a $69.99 delivery charge for that return.

The seat came on March 3. Being from work on company until March 5, the seat wasn't unpacked and constructed until March 4th.

This new chair, set alongside the older Presidential Plus Government Chair, has substantially distinct armrests - the previous chair has stationary hands which are fixed securely in position; this new chair has so what can just explain as 'flying' hands that aren't set/stationary — they shake, which movement is undesirable. A phone was instantly positioned to Lianna seeking information about how to come back the seat to get a credit towards the bank card. Not until this phone discussion, on March 5th, was a restocking cost and return delivery charge actually described. Furthermore, it had been described to Lianna subsequently (and also to the boss), there's what seems to be form about the attributes of the chair.

24 hours later the Boss responded towards the e-mail communication showing a lowered restock fee of 10% of the price but managed the return shipping charge. This contract was attained and pick up/return info was required — there's been no reaction.
