I got a wheel chair from this company 4 or should I say a more then one. I will start with the fact that I was suppose to get a brand new wheel chair Medicare approved it.
The first chair I received was not only used but dirty and smelled like smoke. Then after a few days someone brought me another one now this one was different but it was new, but guess what if would not charge so they came and got it and put two new batteries in it. Then those batteries did not work so they came and got it after about two or three weeks. I will not mention that one of the people that came to pick one up was really rude (they said he quit). Well then they finally brought me another one and this one is too big and used. I will not tell you how bad the chair they let me use during the last one was.
I finally have enough of this and call Medicare and they are not much help at all I tell them I have all the paperwork to prove everything and all they say is try to return it and then reapply for another chair from another company. I call Mobility back they say that I can return it but it would be over a month before Medicare gets the money back. I call Medicare back and talk to them and they tell me the whole process can take up to 3 months. So then I have to call Mobility back and beg them to do something please give me a new chair.
Need less to say here it is 10 I have a used chair that is on its last leg and no one will help. This totally bites..
