We bought a couch & loveseat from Price City Furniture and requested that shipping be kept till we're able to possess some artwork completed 3 months later. We settled by sign in complete.
Throughout The 3 months, the group of furniture we purchased was stopped so when we named to verify delivery 3 times just before shipping, we were informed it had been "sold-out". They offered all of the sets-they had in stores, without "recalling" we'd previously taken care of one.
To create it worse, whenever we requested to get a discount on the fresh group of furniture, they provided an extremely modest quantity and were really rude whenever we attempted to discuss.
