We requested 2 seats (to become created) on Oct. 11. We were informed that people should purchase the furniture ahead of time ($584.55). The purchase order claims the furniture is likely to be within the shop in 8 - 10 months. We kept calling, no body might contact us back. We left several communications. We went towards the shop many times and was informed the seats were on the approach. Around Jan. 19, the shop was never available, and also the company telephone was never responded. We were informed with a nearby company that others were searching for this criminal also. The dog owner is Wes Cernosek. While he'd not reunite our calls, we went many times towards the shop and recorded communications about the doorway. We captured him there on Jan. 23. He informed us when the seats weren't in by Mon., Jan. 26, he'd return our cash. Whenever we attempted to gather our reimbursement, he held preventing people and wouldn't return our calls. We discovered he lives behind the shop. We got the permit labels off his automobiles. There's no tackle about the house, along with a large puppy is tangled up at the front end doorway, stopping anybody from arising towards the house. Afterwards, while waiting outside his house, I captured Wes while making the house. He was surprised to determine me. He guaranteed to possess our profit money at his shop tomorrow (January. 29) — stated he'd maintain the shop all day long (yes - right!).
