Requested 2 seats from JCP inside the shop the very first week of Jan. 09. I had been informed it'd consider 6 - 2 months for shipping. It got 16 months. Seats were shipped by JCP, seats were still in closed containers. These were never examined in the factory. One seat had several created in to the leather, both seats had color lacking, and both seats had a high support which was unequal. I had been informed these repairs might be created at my house, however they did not assure their function. I refused shipping. They expedited a second purchase that we found out about nowadays, now-24 months in. Both seats were examined by JCP and were broken. This informs me the producer which make the seats don't have any quality control. A third-order may be produced by end-of Aug. 09, or 32 weeks in. I'm currently searching for seats from different shops, and that I won't create any acquisitions from JCP later on.
