We purchased 4 sofas and 3 chairs and a ottoman. We order took about 7 weeks to recieved. We picked up furniture. Once we got home one couch was damage under a pillow we took it back and had it repair. My daughter and i split this furniture between our two homes on same property. Then one night my husband notice one of our couches the seams were coming apart. Then the other was the same. Not saying much i finally ask my daughter about hers and said she wasn't happy with hers. So i called kinders and i paid $50.00 for them to come out and look at furniture. After start checking each item. One chair of daughters feels like springs coming thru. One of her couches the arms are not the same high. On both of our chairs the seams around the pillow are not stitch properly. Also, upbove one in center something hard coming thru. Our couches sounds like the wood inside is not properly together lots of noice when sit or looing over back. Corners are loose. The display in showroom felt completely different than these we have. Because we check and felt the where the corners were and felt no wood on ours you do. The arms when you lay back you can feel the wood. I was told they have to be fuff up and from wear. Now it took them a month to come out and it has been now 3 weeks and found this site to write a complaint i have been trying to contact a lawyer. I ask for exchange for other furniture and they will only come out and fix ours and take in the other to be fix. I feel i would have in the beginning a exchange at this time i want just a refund. I didn't buy damage furniture i purchased new... Also, was told by a statement that now days furniture not made like the old used a year and throw away... And i said no i buy to keep for years. I still have by 20 year furniture that is still looks good and new...
Not sure at this time which way to turn feel like they need to be responsible for any attorney fees, stress on my part and the inconvience they want us to go thru. And court cost.
Also one couch is design taller on one side than other about 2 ½” difference
We order 12/27 after several calls about order finally talk to steve and the order came in on 2/12/08 recieved.
