They kept my money after giving me bad information

I called and purchased two seats. I talked using the a salesman, who explained that it'd be simply over per week before these were readily available for collection. I called back two nights later, 11/5, and settled to approach my special-order. I subsequently called back on 11/10 to check on the standing of my special-order plus they informed me the anticipated shipping day was the start of January - 8 weeks longer compared to week they had originally explained. I told the client support person who I spoke to that I had been guaranteed it'd be simply over per week. She stated that she'd contact Russellis supervisor and they might contact me back. I called back roughly one hour later and ensured they'd the right contact info, since I have hadn't noticed back from their website. I had been informed the concept could be sent to Russellis supervisor and they might contact me back. I never obtained a call-back from his supervisor. I called again about the day of 11/11. I told them concerning the problem, that I required the seats before January which I needed to stop my purchase. I had been informed from the customer support representative that she'd contact Russellis supervisor which she'd discover a tangible shipping day and "contact me in one minute." I waited for 45 units and did not get a phone. I subsequently named and informed them the problem again. I had been informed they might exchange it to Russellis supervisor and they might contact me back. I still did not get a call-back from their website. I subsequently called again and was informed that I'd have to consult with Russell to stop the special-order. Russell explained he could not get it done which he'd contact the special-order department and contact me back. Russell named me back and stated that they mightnot stop it which it had been likely to be shipped in a couple of days. I told him that I'd previously purchase them elsewhere given that they didn't contact me back and provide me your final solution on when they might have them sooner than January. Then he known me back customer support. A supervisor from customer support called me back. She explained that I had been not likely to get my money-back, despite the fact that they'd explained Jan originally, however they could be obtaining them from the end-of the week. I informed her the same, that I'd previously requested them elsewhere since I have hadn't noticed back from many efforts to contact and obtain a strong shipping day. She was really terse as well as CHUCKLED at my comments! I informed her that I needed my money-back and he or she mentioned it had been likely to occur. What excellent customer support. Not just did they maintain my cash after providing me the incorrect info, they really chuckled!
