Ashley Furniture switched to this company a few years ago and they are horrible! With the previous company, if you had damage you told them what it was and where and they would come out within a few days. Great. This company, you have to print out a paper and if you do not have Internet, they will mail it to you. Then, you have to put where all the damage is on a random picture they already have on the paper AND then they decide if their technicians can come out and fix it, which can take a couple of days!!! So the whole process can take up to TWO weeks!!! They practically make you fill out the claim yourself! Absolutely ridiculous!!! If you can find what you want somewhere else, please do. They're a waste of money.
