If you return items without a receipt then Home Depot requires ID. Home Depot then takes YOUR private / personal info off of your ID and gives it to a 3rd party WITHOUT your knowledge or authorization. 3rd party company then issues a rating and/or score against your ID re whether or not you are a return risk (?). The 3rd party is The Retail Equation, a sleazy back door credit bureau wanna-be. Better named The Retard Estimators, these clowns rate you as a return "risk" without a clue as to how much you you spend or how many people you bring to their client's store. When you calculate a score you divide a known by another known, or estimate of a known. You don't divide by zero. The Retarded Guesstimators don't know me or what I spend in their client's store - they are dividing by ZERO. And, when you divide by zero, you get an error message... Idiot
