Did not deliver item for 3 months - then called to tell me it was discontinued! - Cindy Crawford collection Sofa and Loveseat

I patiently waited 3 months for delivery of a sofa to match the loveseat they delivered on time. Paid in full. After 3 months we get a call by delivery saying that the set has been discontinued and we can either pick out a new set (at regular price of course), be charged the difference, or get a refund. No compensation or apologies after we waited 3 months for delivery. The best part is the set was discontinued 1 week after we bought it - this could have been dealt with immediately, I did not need to have resin chairs in my living room for 3 months. No apologies, no compensation - did not even compensate us for the fact that I paid bank interest on that sofa for 3 months. They had my money.in fact I had to chase the manager for 3 weeks after we found out to get a refund (she would not return my calls - Alexandre - Laval, QC Brick). I was close to having to do a credit card chargeback on the Brick. Granted it was over their busy holiday season, but still, extremely unprofessional. I will never shop at the The Brick again. They cannot be trusted.
